Unemployed writer, Paul Mantel has been chosen by Sheila, an agent of the 'Hive,' to provide food for a hungry colony of space aliens infesting a remote Oregon forest - aliens with an insatiable appetite for human flesh. With his marriage failing and pressure from the Hive for better quality food, Paul is driven to commit a series of despicable acts.
