Overview

Pasha Veterok is a brilliant con man who created a Ponzi scheme that has lured gullible citizens, businessmen, and criminal kingpins alike. As Veterok prepares to disappear with the money to Bali, his plans are thwarted-someone is already aiming a sniper rifle at him.
